If your piece(s) arrives broken and/or defected please contact us the same day (within 24 hours) of delivery and provide us with the following: 

  1. Order number 
  2. Brief description of the issue
  3. Photo(s) of issue

Any claims made after the first 24 hours since receiving the product via mail will not be valid.
